3. Do you take trade-ins?
Yes, we accept all trades no matter the condition. To finalize the trade-in transaction, we will need the following:
A) Title of the vehicle showing proof of ownership.
B) Copy of your ID matching the name on the title. (Owner must be present if your name is not on the title)

Yes, we can ship vehicles right to your door step anywhere in the United States. All we need is your zip code and we can give you a quote instantly!
5. How can I make a payment online?
Follow the easy steps below and you will be to make payments online with electronic checks or credit cards. Plus, you can view payment history, view current payment[s] due, request a payoff, and much more!

B) Go the right hand corner of the menu bar and click “Your FEX PAY Account”.
C) Click on “Register for Free” and fill out the required information and then click on “Create Your FEX PAY Account”.
D) Once logged in, click “Add a Loan to My Profile”.
E) Fill in Last Name on Loan, Loan Number, and Last 4 of SSN and the click “Add This Loan”.
6. What do you require to get approved for financing?
Financing is simple. All we require is a Driver’s License or ID, two recent paycheck stubs, a utility bill, and full coverage insurance.
7. What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday thru Saturday from 9:00am to 7:00pm.
8. Does the vehicle come with a warranty?
Yes! We know unexpected mechanical failures may occur and can be very costly so we have provided all of our customers with a free 3 month/3,000 mile limited warranty on every vehicle we sell to ensure peace of mind.
9. How much is an extended warranty?
The price for extended warranties depend on the following factors:
A) Year, Make, Model, Trim, and Mileage of vehicle.
B) Type of coverage you would like to purchase.
C) Length of coverage you would like to purchase.

10. What are your accepted methods of payment?
We accept cash, money orders, cashier checks, credit cards, debit cards, and wire transfer. Check are not accepted.
11. What is your policy for refunds or exchanges?
We do not have a policy for refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
12. What kind of financing do you offer?
We offer In House Financing and Outside Financing. Through our In House Financing program, it’s no credit needed and all we require is a paycheck stub, utility bill, and full coverage insurance.
13. Do you inspect the vehicle before you put it out for sale?
Yes, all vehicles go through a rigorous 89 point inspection and must pass before they are placed for sale. For more information on the inspection of a specific vehicle, please call a sales associate to explain the report in detail.
14. Do you report to the credit bureau?
No we do not report to any credit bureau.
15. Do you offer a CarFax report?
Yes! We are a CarFax Advantage Dealer. Free CarFax reports available on every vehicle. Just say, “Show me the CarFax!”
16. Do you have a referral program?
Yes! Our referral program awards you $200 for each customer you refer to our dealership and makes a purchase. Note: Referral program only applies to customers who have an open account through our In House financing program and all credits will be applied towards your payments. No cash value.
17. Are all your vehicles clean titles?
Yes! We take pride in every vehicle we sell and will assure it has a clean, blue title!
18. Do I need insurance before I drive off the lot?
If you are financing the vehicle then yes, you will need to have full coverage insurance prior to driving the vehicle off the lot. If you are paying for the vehicle cash, proof of insurance is not required however, Texas State Law requires all drivers operating a motor vehicle must carry liability insurance.
19. What is the best price you can do on the car?
We are a “No Haggle” dealership which means we have our prices set at the very least possible price we can offer. This ensures that every customer will receive the best price possible and doesn’t have to worry about having “great negotiation skills”. Please don’t get offended if we do not accept your offer. It’s not that we don’t want to sell you the car, it’s just we have a strict “No Haggle” policy.
20. Do you check credit?
Yes, but only to verify the information listed on your application. Our approvals are not based on your credit score or previous tradelines.
21. Do you offer in house financing?
Yes! In House financing is our specialty! 99% of our deals are through our In House Financing program. All we require is a driver’s license or ID, 2 recent paycheck stubs, a utility bill, and full coverage insurance. It’s that simple!
22. Will you buy my car even if I don’t want to buy yours?
Yes! We will appraise your vehicle at no charge and give you a voucher that is good for 7 days or 200 miles! So bring us your car and let us appraise it for you! Note: In order to complete the appraisal process, we will need the title to the vehicle and copy of ID matching the name on the title.
23. What are your interest rates?
Our annual percentage rate is 18%. Other dealers that offer In House Financing, also known as Buy Here Pay Here, charge the max rate allowed in Texas which could be anywhere between 24-26%! Save your money and purchase from King of Cars!
24. Where do you get your cars from?
Our vehicles are handpicked and are purchased from different sources all over the United States. We use the most advanced technology to help us locate some of the hardest vehicles to find and make sure they are CarFax Certified!
25. When do I get my plates and title?
Your license plates can be picked up from our office usually 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. As far as titles, they are held at the lienholders office until the vehicle is paid off. If you purchased your vehicle cash, you can expect to receive the title in the mail within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase.
